1. Service Description
Adam & Seth ("the Service") is an AI-powered platform that creates a digital twin for professional representation. Users build a knowledge base through an AI interview, which powers a chatbot that represents them to recruiters and generates tailored CVs.
2. Account & Access
- Access requires an invitation from an existing user or, when available, a paid subscription.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- You must not input special category data as defined by GDPR Article 9 — this includes health information, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or biometric data, sexual orientation, or data concerning criminal convictions. The Service is not designed to process such data.
- You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, harassment, impersonation of others, or to generate misleading professional claims.
- You are responsible for the content of your knowledge base and how your digital twin represents you.
4. AI Disclaimers
- The Service uses AI to generate responses. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate.
- The digital twin is not a substitute for direct communication with the person it represents.
- AI prompt instructions are best-effort guidance, not enforceable technical controls. We cannot guarantee that the AI will always follow its instructions.
- Recruiters interacting with a digital twin should verify information directly with the candidate.
5. Data & Privacy
- Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
- By signing up, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy, including AI processing of your professional information. We record your consent timestamp and IP address at signup for compliance purposes.
- You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile page.
6. Recruiter Links & Shared Data
- When you activate a job and share a recruiter link, your professional data becomes accessible to anyone with that link.
- Recruiters must provide their email address and accept these Terms and Privacy Policy before accessing Adam chat. We record their consent, email, IP address, and browser information.
- You are responsible for who you share links with.
- You may deactivate a link at any time to stop access.
- Conversations between recruiters and your digital twin are stored and visible in your dashboard.
7. Invitation System
- Each invitation link is single-use.
- You are responsible for who you invite. Invitees must agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy upon signup.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Inaccurate or inappropriate AI-generated content
- Decisions made by recruiters based on interactions with your digital twin
- Loss of data beyond what is covered by our standard backup procedures
- Unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials or links
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the application.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state of the data controller.
